Before starting, check whether the bolts and nuts in the connecting parts of the equipment are firm, whether the lubricating parts are adequately lubricated, and whether the amount of lubricating oil in the oil tank is within the specified oil level index. Check whether the hopper is clean and free of foreign bodies.
The screw is actually a slope or slope, wound around the central layer. The aim is to increase pressure in order to overcome greater resistance. As far as an extruder is concerned, there are three kinds of resistance to be overcome: the friction force between solid particle feed and cylinder wall and the mutual friction force between them in the feed zone during the first few turns of screw rotation; the adhesion force of melt on cylinder wall; and the internal logistics resistance of melt when it is pushed forward.
Check whether the raw material meets the quality requirements; if the raw material is qualified, add the material to the hopper until it is full.
