Description of the safe operating procedures of the laminating machine

1. Before starting the laminating machine, check whether the fastening bolts of the equipment are loose, and wipe all the parts on the machine with thinning water, and then adjust the glue again. It is strictly forbidden to store any debris on the work surface.

2. Close the main power switch, check whether the start and stop of the main machine, the start and stop of gluing, the start and stop of winding, the heating of the drying tunnel, the electrical switch of the power supply and the pointer of the instrument, etc., are flexible, reliable, sensitive and correct. After powering on, observe whether the equipment is operating normally, and whether there is any abnormal sound or burning smell.

3. When the machine is started, the speed adjustment of the drum, the temperature control of the drum, and the temperature control of the drying tunnel must be mastered. Strictly control the speed and temperature of the equipment.

4. After the laminating machine is started, it should run dry for 3 to 5 minutes, test a few pieces of film, and check that it meets the requirements before mass production. No film is tested, and formal production is not allowed.

5. Consciously do the "first three inspections" and frequently self-inspect the quality of work pieces. You can't stick the film to the end in one self-inspection.

6. During operation, the hand can only be at least 30 cm away from the drum and cannot enter the dangerous place. It is strictly forbidden to operate, talk, and lose concentration. Clothes and long hair must be tightened and not scattered.

7. The machine must be shut down first after the work is completed, failure or abnormal situation occurs and report to the supervisor. Apply for repair and put up an inspection badge. It is strictly forbidden to perform maintenance during operation; it is strictly forbidden to force it with illness.

8. Turn off the power switch of the laminating machine and clean the work site. The materials are stored in an orderly manner with safe passages.
