The non-resin cleaning method uses materials such as paddy, corn, sawdust and toilet paper which have certain friction and are easy to crush. When the extruder is heated to the normal extrusion temperature, the friction between these materials and screw and screw barrel is used to remove powder coating colloids adhering to the surface of screw and screw barrel. Experience shows that rice husk has high hardness and great friction, compared with the effect of cleaning machine is ideal. After cleaning with this method, it is necessary to open the screw drum again to check the cleaning situation.
